Pretty good finale, expect for Vincent and Monty using farting to escape. That was stupid.

Not bad, for a season finale. I am just not a fan of Victor and Monty's comedic schtick in this episode. But I actually do admire the fact that we finally get to Kelson Henderson become an official Power Ranger in episode, even if he was an extra added red ranger. At least it's not just a dream sequence, thank God.
Overall, I am excited for Super Ninja Steel. Hopefully, Madame Odious, while I still think they should've called her, "Madame Ominous" in the show, will make an excellent secondary main villain character, next year.

This finale was underwhelming and the season as a whole (screw the Christmas episode, I wanna be done with this season) was bad.
There was no build up, it literally came after another character filler episode. There was nothing about this show that made me want to watch more. It's kind of like a meal. The sides are nice (the ideas) but the whole course was not worth it. It was bland (seems fitting)
Galvanax uses a magnet to steal power stars (okay) and kidnaps the rangers. Mick arrives and uses the bike star (Watched Japanime's review and he made a good point. If all the stars were taken (and we saw this by the way including the 6 bike stars) how the heck did he have one more especially since they have no more ninja steel?)
Mick becoming a ranger was nice but how? He wasn't damaged at all or anything. He was just thrust into the prism with Brody? Also "I must destroy my power star" This felt cringey just like Jaydens "I am the red ranger, I must not fail"
Dane coming back, okay whatever. Victor and Monty farting their way to freedom. Sigh. Can they make like team rocket and blast off into space and never come back? Please?!
End fight scene = Meh. Didn't do much for me. No intensity. Madame Odius is traitor. 'Kay.
So if the ninja nexus prism is no more (another point made by Japanime) then the steel is useless and rendered into dust. How is the ninja steel asteroid gonna be used if without the nexus, ninja steel cant exist? FML
Screw the Romero Family Song!
Yay it's over. Blergh. This episode for me was 0.5/5. As a season 1/10. What happened to you Chip?

I wont disagree. This season did not feel like a Chip Lynn Season. Where was the build up, interesting characters, original ideas? This was basically who can use the ideas from DC and either screw it up or pass it off. Yeah it was it's own thing but the ideas from DC are quite obvious in the show.

Mick becoming a ranger was nice but how? He wasn't damaged at all or anything. He was just thrust into the prism with Brody? Because he was right next to Brody and he was damaged by the power star being destroyed just as much as Brody.

Wasn't everyone though, literally everyone there was engulfed in the power star blowing up. But oh well.

I still say it's different, because Mick and Brody were right on it. The others could've been just knocked down by the explosion, but the Prism took in Brody and Mick because they were the most damaged by it.

Let's be honest. The finale was all over the place with tons of unexpected scenarios, but it was the best episode of the whole season.
Yay for Mick... that was rewarding.
Victor and Monty were 'eh' and everything just felt stuffed in 30 minutes, but the shows moves on.

I liked this episode. I'm pretty much in agreement with everyone. I liked the ranger stuff, love seeing Mick (and by extension, Kelson Henderson) getting to be a Power Ranger, hate how convenient the Nexus Prism is, and hate the Victor and Monty stuff. This might be my second favorite episode, after Ace and the Race. I give this episode a 3/5.

To me if you just totally dropped Victor and Monty show would likely be more focus on the Rangers and villains. Really I said it before mick or redbot should have been the goofy slapstick ally role. Not needing to keep trying to do bulk and skull all the time.

'Galvanax Rise' is a good way to end the season. I can't wait for the Christmas episode coming up. It would have been prefect if Victor challenge the monsters to a sword fight, instead of Monty farting for them to escape.

So, all along this time, Brody's father's soul is trapped within the Ninja Star and needs to be broken to break free? Sounds like something out of... Yu-Gi-Oh!.
