The Ghost novel (which will cover from the creation of Ganma World to after the events of the Specter V-Cinema) will be released in Japan tomorrow
It comes with a bookmark stating that the novel includes "the future of Takeru, Chloe, and Ayumu" - I guess that pretty much confirms Chloe is Takeru's future wife and the mother of Ayumu. The bookmark also has a code for deciphering the Eyecons' language, which seems ... confusing

Some plot details of the book emerging on social media:
The story is in three parts: Ganma World, Ryuu Tenkuuji, and Takeru. The first two parts are "more serious" but the third is more like the tone of the show. The Ganma World backstory explains that there were Tenkuuji ancestors who followed Adonis and stayed behind on earth to guard the Monolith, so the two "branches" are united when Takeru marries Chloe and Ayumu is born.
Other stuff: Takeru gets more deaths and revivals (lol.) Makoto continues Danton's work and ideals (presumably not as a villain.) Akari marries Igor. It is apparently compliant with the final stage show, so I guess that means Ayumu becomes a future version of Ghost. There is more about Daigo Fukami, Argos, and other elements from the summer movie.

A couple more details: The novel covers almost all spin-offs and movies including the Zyuohger episode, the Rider-1 movie, and HeiGen/a lead up to HeiGen Final. Possibly a plot spoiler for HeiGen Final: Takeru returns the Ex-Aid Soul to Emu which may be how Emu is able to transform again in the movie. However, Movie Wars Genesis is referred to as taking place in an alternate timeline. Alan gains Necrom's version of Mugen / Sin Specter Takeru is at one point near death again due to a road accident, but is resurrected

More detailed plot from the novel: Chloe saves Takeru's life and falls in love with him after he is injured in a road accident whilst learning to drive. Kanon and Alan marry and rule Ganma World together Takeru's mother and Daigo Fukami's wife were cousins, so Daigo and Ryuu Tenkuuji had a history together, and Takeru is considered Makoto and Kanon's cousin. Daigo Fukami's wife is treated as Makoto's mother even though he doesn't really have one, since he was created by Danton Makoto accepts he is not human
Takeru is somehow killed in order to set up Ayumu as the new Ghost

^ That sounds like a big crossover. Dark Drive, Decade and New Den-O! Why is Takeru learning to drive though? He already has a motorcycle license right? Or he's using a car now?

^ Yes, learning to drive a car. Bear in mind he's 20 years old in the Specter movie, it's reasonable he would want a car by that time lol

I got them from 2ch / Twitter (where there's no real source other than people saying they read the book, but multiple people saying the same things suggests they're more likely to be true) and ladyeve.net (had a recap of the book which matches most of this, but has now been taken down)

Oh, thanks. I just can't find this "crossover" part with Drive / Den-O / Decade anywhere on 2ch or other reviews 0_o

I have seen references to Eiji Tomari on Twitter etc.... although the only other thing I've heard is that Movie Wars Genesis is mentioned to be AU (which makes sense; there's nowhere in Ghost's TV continuity that it could fit, and the Drive Twitter had already announced it is not considered part of Drive.) The Decade stuff would fit with Ayumu being a Rider in the final stage show, and the last episode does imply Takeru died before Ayumu was born or when he was a baby (Ayumu saying "you're just like I heard you were") Edit: Seems from another post I found that the Decade stuff may be fake, so I've removed it, however ... Seems that Takeru still dies in the ending in order to create a "transition" between him and Ayumu as the new Ghost. And, yeah, because the TV episode implies he died

If time travel is involved, we could finally get an explanation for EX-Aid's appearance 6 months prior to the fall of 2016.

Made through a plethora of things in my watch through. The main plot continues to keep me engaged & Grateful Damashii is a pretty sick suit & power-up. The Legendary Rider net-movies were ok, Not really going to complain about them They were short, Free, & overall harmless fights to hype up the 1 movie. The Zyuohger "crossover" was kinda lacking but enjoyable, & finally the main event The Kamen Rider 1 movie: As someone who's seen the original series RAW back in ye'olden days of veoh I really enjoyed the film while it had it's problems I wasn't frustrated with it like I was with Genesis & quite frankly I'm just happy that Toei decided to do something small & character driven for Kamen Rider's 45th anniversary & not be overbloated with a nonsensical plot like alot of the Summer movies do in recent years. It was also just cool seeing Hongo again.

And you want to know what was the best thing about 2016 for both Zyuogher and Kamen Rider Ghost?! No God-awful Super Hero Taisen movie that woukd completely get their characters all wrong and have them inexplicably fight each other for seemingly no reason at all. So yeah the Kamen Rider #1 movie back in 2016 was a breath of fresh air, and we finally get to see Hiroshi Fujioka reprising his role as the heroic version of Takeshi Hongo's character in that movie, after Kamen Rider Taisen did a huge 180 on his character and made him and the other Showa-era Riders feel more like villains in their own cinematic crossover with the 15 Heisei-era Riders. Thank God!!!

So finished up 99% of Ghost (I'm saving Heisei Generations for Ex-Aid) & quite frankly I loved the series despite a lot of hiccups in the writing. It's nice to have a very wholesome Rider series that did break the mold of previous seasons without betraying the core of Kamen Rider in general. It's also just great to have a Rider season where the supporting cast does far more things in the series instead of just letting the Riders do everything (especially with Akari who'd a thought after 2 years Toei realized "Oh wait. We CAN make a Female Lead important to the plot without turning them into a trophy or turning them into a love interest & making them useless) Hell I'm just surprised Onari didn't come off as annoying as I thought he would. The Ganma were certainly a much different slice compare to other Rider villains as they generally have a decent & complex motives behind there actions. & I generally did really like Takeru. My only real gripes with the show falls onto certain sub-plots. The character of Saionji just being completely forgotten about after 10+ episode & only getting resolution in expanded material was annoying, I sadly found much of Makoto's sub-plots in the show to be lackluster (seriously I know the clones have a payoff in Specter Re:Birth but quite frankly I'd have liked for his whole dad plot to be a better focus). Freyja being important to the Great Eye feels like a last minute addition just to use the Movie villain suit again, & I do think we were kinda overstuffed with characters (even if I loved the cast).
Beyond that Ghost is definitely a series I highly recommend to anyone.
