So, is the Pegasus mode going to be a sharable power-up form in original footage?! Because that would require a lot more money to be spent filming more new original footage. As it would for hire voice actors and stage actors to play the adapted counterparts of the main Kyuurangers.
And we all know how much of a cheap bastard, Haim Saban is.

Umm if there is sentai footage and sentai suits of that mode. There is no reason they wouldn't have the suits from toei, and flex who makes the suits for both.

I'll say this, if they keep pegasus, it will be its own character. All of that body movement wouldn't make sense for the sentai footage then

They already have footage of Red and Yellow using it... And they already film a lot of original footage for the show. It's not a new thing. So yeah, if they adapt it, they'll probably keep it shareable.

And like I said before, that's gonna cost even more money for Saban to spend, if they wanna keep adapting the damn Pegasus mode and to advertise the new toy.
Hell, look at Megaforce/Super Megaforce....that was considered to be an "expansive" series for the company to have made for TV, but that's only because they wasted thousands of dollars recreating shot-for-shot locations to match the sentai footage, original footage the pre-zyuranger sentai suits standaning side-by-side with the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger suit, the "Tensou is Lost!" episode, Orion's clothing montage, his Risky Business dance scene and Emma and Orion's quick-change cosplay scenes in the so-called "Dino Thunder tribute" episode that had literally nothing to do with anything or has involved anyone from that season, not even Tommy, who was the main mentor-character and the black ranger of that season, no to mentioned that they flew in 11 actors from the U.S. to New Zealand by sending out invitations and first-class tickets at the last-minute for an entire month of filming just to do one whole scene where they stand around, look all stoic and confident and rescue people on-screen but with little-to-no interactions with the Megaforce cast and be sent back to the U.S. with a miniscule paycheck and for the invitations to returned back to the company for budget restraints when they knew that the anniversary year was coming and they had plenty of time to plan all this out.
But for Kyuuranger?! I don't know how that is going to be different from Megaforce/SuperMegaforce's production and budget if it does get an adaptation for Power Rangers, next year. But it's likely that they are gonna have to renegotiate with Haim Saban, Bandai and Toei on this one. Meaning that the production is gonna be demanding more and more money and expecting more changes to be made in their contracts if they want this to be a success story.

Xman, if there is a handful of episodes with usable footage. And Saban folks have the dam suits from toei/flex. Why the heck do you think it would cost more for them. As they would have footage to just use as needed. And would then have said suits for any possible original footage we likely to go. Be no different then the red ranger power up suits as they do film some original stuff with thise. And then if you want to save money with this next series. Then we could save some with just using sentai cockpit footage. And not have the need for the waste of time and money of cockpit mode suits.
As for mega force yes we all know the blunders they made there. Though that was more squarely on jt then Saban himself and the company. And the way they late min invite and not inviting certain folks was handled all wrong. But hopefully how chip handled things for this coming Anni turns out better.
As for series budget that is totally different beast. Sure it be great if they spent more money into the show. But looking at rough numbers we know on the show. Going back some years. They spend somewhere in the 20 to 28 million dollars range for a total series of 40 episodes. So if you broke it down per episode they spend around 400k to 700k an episode. Which is more then enough for the show as they do save money on reusing sentai footage and all. Then other costs going for crew, cast, etc... behind the scenes stuff. It's not take for example the cw super hero shows. They spend around 1 to 2 mill on a hr long show episode.

Any ideas on how episode 45 will be adapted?

It's a little early to determine which episodes they'll adapt.

Yeah, I don't really get the point of coming into this thread right after watching a new episode and asking how it could be adapted.
We don't know anything about the series yet, so it's not easy to speculate how it would work into the story because we don't know what the story is.

ya way to hard to know what they would do as we dont know which episodes and what parts of episodes they would be using. Besides doing original un and morphed footage.

And what monsters they'll use.

Well just going by how last few years been we likely see majority of monsters used for episodes. Since most sentai is 48 to 50 episodes. And we know lately pr 44 episodes we have in total. Will likely end up fully using like about 40 episodes. So around ten episodes likely won't be used at all. Or some episodes might only use part if a episode and use it multiple tines. But every series they usually do skip a handful of episodes. Then we may see a different series monster or general suit used fully or partially for a new character. Like they did with cosmo.

We haven't had a 50 episode sentai in about five years. I think it's safe to just say we're getting 47/48 now. But yeah, it's also safe to say that we'll be seeing the majority of the monsters.

Ya what I am getting at we usually skip totally around 8 to ten sentai episodes be it not usable footage or other reasons. So that cuts down footage we use. Then also counts how much original footage they shoot. Then even if x monsters episodes are not used there is chance we will see the monsters in a crowd shot or like sledge prison but they just don't get a episode dedicated. Or there is times they take 2 or 3 sentai episodes and merge parts of footage into 1 pr episode.

Though most of the monsters on Kyuranger have pretty much been the same one over & over & over & over & over & over with MINOR tweaks.
