Sorry so late but here we go....
Damn Halloween special already.... Too early!! For Levi to be such a popular singer.... he sucks.... lol Is it bad I still dont know all the rangers names yet?? Intro.... Im still loving this intro!!! I like the concept of this episode but it too early.... That first battle was too easy. Why dont I remember none of these monsters... lmao!!!!
Commercial
Forest attack... no ninja spin... see how easy that was? Another easy win These henchmen are the worst. So Calvin gets to go solo... I really like the concept of this episode... they shouldnt have made it a Halloween episode the battles are too fast. If Calvin missed the net, should they just let him drop to his doom? Why are there soooo many commercials when you are streaming off Nickelodeon? The classic falling off the zord!! Robo Rider and Redbot Zord battle was dope! shows over... ninjas win!shouldve said game over.... I wasnt expecting that ending. I thought it was gonna be a won right no time type of battle. Why are these high schoolers excited about trick or treating?
This wasnt a good episode for me. Im glad they got it out the way though. Im gonna give it a 1.5. I just didnt like this one. The .5 was because I wasnt expecting the end.

So I'm just watching through the latter half of Ninja Steel for the first time right now lol. If the mods don't want me to be necroposting I'll respect that.
Anyway, for this episode I'm glad wasn't a rehash of old clips, but it was still an obvious "let's save time by mashing a bunch of episodes together."
I like their costumes, and really for what looked like a dollar store board game it was actually kind of awesome.
I don't quite follow the "Levi was a jerk for not being interested in board games" lesson. A group of friends don't all have to be interested in every single activity.
Solid 3/5

I don't quite follow the "Levi was a jerk for not being interested in board games" lesson. A group of friends don't all have to be interested in every single activity. Well, I have seen worse. It's in an episode of the first season of Battle Spirits. Meganeko couldn't comprehend why Bashin kept prioritizing Battle Spirits TCG above all else, and Bashin was oblivious to the fact that Meganeko didn't have any interest at all. The aesop was supposed to respect what your friends like and don't like, but it ended up as Meganeko learning Battle Spirits instead, making it look forced to my eyes.
