I've been waiting to bust this out for a while and with Dino Steel nearing its end, this feels like a perfect time to do it. Now if you've noticed with my last few games, I've made it a point to build a world that didn't involve the main PR timeline to offer something fresh and challenge myself. Plus, I noticed that with other games, there tends to be an over-reliance on established PR lore instead of letting your creative juices flow with some people that can take away from the overall quality. With that being said, I'm putting a new spin on a game originally launched in 2009 where I aim to honor the past, embrace the present, and try some new things out for the future.

This Earth has seen its fair share of battles with none bigger than the Grand Battle - an all out war to save the universe from villains across the multiverse. To that point, this earth has also seen its fair share of heroes, many of which united from different timelines to combat these evils. The grueling battle was won by the heroes of the multiverse, led by the the Dynasty Drive Rangers of this timeline after their defeat of Zeo, the deranged Eltarian. With such a war over, there were numerous casualties, many of which consisted of legendary heroes and the remaining heroes of this timeline vowed to better work together to ensure that the universe as a whole was protected and that they would never suffer losses like this ever again. To their credit, the heroes followed through on that promise, forming the Universal Heroes Alliance or UHA for short. With the UHA, heroes from across the universe would be able to coordinate with each other to keep their respective planets safer than they ever have before. For the planet Earth, Grid Battleforce was created which served as a central hub where Rangers, Riders, Troopers, Borgs, Syber Squaders or any other heroes could reach out to for help no matter where they were located. Leading the charge was the leader of Earth's branch of the UHA, legendary Ranger Commander Joey Brooks. Together with his friends, family, and comrades, the Earth remained able to fend off any enemy, sustaining peace for over 20 years.
Unfortunately for Earth, there are still villains who wish to shatter that peace and one villain has bided their time and has emerged as the greatest threat that the universe has seen in two decades. In order to combat this new threat, the Earth branch of UHA has greenlit the return of Lightning Sting, the team that put the UHA Commander on the map but instead, there will be 5 new heroes stepping up to the plate to wield the revamped legendary powers and defend the Earth against this heinous evil. For the newest team of Rangers, the pressure will be on to live up to the legends that have preceded them over the decades and protect the planet that they all hold so dear.
The groundwork for this team has already been set with JT in Dino Steel. If all goes well and there is enough interest, I hope to have the CC along with a first time ever timeline guide in the next couple of days.
Episode Guide
1. The Summit of Heroes - The leaders of the Universal Heroes Alliance meet for their annual summit to discuss matters surrounding the safety of the universe. Unfortunately, a new evil makes their presence felt in a major way with the goal of shattering the UHA. Forced to take action, Commander Brooks forms a new team of Rangers using a revamped set of old powers to combat this new threat and maintain peace on Earth.
2. Pressure Busts Pipes - The new team of Rangers embark upon their first training mission and when their mission does not go as planned, the team begin to feel the pressure of having to live up to the legacy of the power.
3. Learning Experience - JT feels a sense of entitlement given her lineage and being the Red Ranger. When a teammate gets hurt, she questions everything but before she can make things right, she vanishes through a mysterious portal, leaving her team to deal with Helios's newest monster while she learns that in order to lead, she must learn to follow.
4. Goodbye to the Lows - Dieck feels like the weakest link after his health and risk-taking tendencies holds him back from helping his teammates. Wanting to prove his worth, he takes on the newest monster by himself but by doing so, it costs his respirator suit to be compromised during the battle. Dieck will have to learn to accept his limitations if he wants to save his teammates in time.
5. Under The Dome - Things seem to be getting tougher for Nat between keeping up with her job at the Gazette and being a ranger. When she is offered a story that would make her career, she immediately sets out on an investigation for information. While investigating a warehouse, her and her photographer find themselves trapped within an energy dome along with several other innocents. She quickly learns their energy is being drained while inside this dome. Will she be able to morph without being caught or will her team come to her rescue in the nick of time?
6. Cut Off - When her father comes to town to deliver an ultimatum, Rose finds herself in a difficult situation: keep her Ranger powers and work with people she can barely tolerate, specifically a Red Ranger, to save the city, or relinquish her powers and return home, go back to living the high life without the threat of something messing up her manicure. When a new monster kidnaps her father, will she swallow her pride and let her team help her, or will it spell the end of the Yellow Ranger?
7. Thicker Than Blood - Ghost runs into a man claiming to be his brother and reveals his lineage to the biggest King Pin in the city telling him how his father has ensured his protection over the years before joining the UHA. His Father summons Ghost to finally meet and Ghost having questions decides to. Little does he know the meeting comes with its own ultimatum. Leave UHA and join the family adding a Power Ranger to their forces or be eliminated.
8. Mega-Sized Expectations - The Rangers face their greatest challenge to date and in order to defeat this threat, they will have to unlock the key to separating themselves from their Lightning Sting predecessors.
9. A Promise Kept - A mysterious man has emerged onto the scene aiding the Rangers while Grid Battleforce is attempting to complete the updates to the gold Sting Caller and is now in the process of recruiting a new Ranger to join the team.
10. Schism - A new conflict arises amongst the team when the newly complicated decision of who will become the new Gold Ranger threatens to tear the team apart
11. Learn Your Chemistry - With the new Gold Ranger joining the team, the team dynamic has shifted dramatically with most of the team questioning their new roles with Gold's arrival. In order to bring the team together, Commander Brooks breaks out a classic training course - Hell's Gate!

12. Guts over Fear - During a tough battle, Commander Brooks is forced to come out of retirement to save the Rangers but during his battle, he is kidnapped. It is up to the Rangers to summon the strength to storm the villain base and save their Commander before it is too late.
13. Team Bonding - Sensing that they were nearing the end, Commander Brooks has given the team a mandatory day off, allowing some vacation and an opportunity to unwind. Unfortunately for them, their relaxation comes to a screeching halt as they must now contend with the villain's plot to resurrect the one man who nearly brought the universe to its knees in Zeo the Eltarian Guard.
14. Divide and Conquer - After a grueling battle against Zeo, the Rangers are overpowered by the forces of evil and scattered across six different timelines, allowing for a full scale invasion on Earth. It is up to the Rangers to find their way back to their timeline and stop this sinister threat before all hope is lost.
15. No Guts, No Glory - The Rangers must overcome their individual struggles in hopes of returning to their timeline and stop the devastation that is set to rain down upon their planet Earth.
