Sad Sad she won't be back. But it's nice with all the issues Simpsons cast had with white washing. This actress didn't want to get thrown into that mess. Hopefully they will cast a Asian actress for the role.

Like it matters?! I mean, I don't care who is voicing the character(s) or what their ethnicities are, as long as they can just do their jobs and put on a good performance. Race shouldn't even be a factor in casting voice-actors. Now, if they were to use a stereotypical accent for the characters, then that's a problem.

The closest I could think of is Jamie Chung since she portray Blink, and voice GoGo.

The closest I could think of is Jamie Chung since she portray Blink, and voice GoGo. Which character is GoGo again? I forgot. Also, didn't they cast a different Chinese actress to play Blink in X-Men: Days of Future Past? Seriously, how can you explain why there are two different versions of the character when she is played by different actresses? Especially to the ones that are trying to figure out the continuity between the X-Men movies and the Gifted? What?! Is the Gifted suddenly, non-cannon to the main X-Men movie universe? Is that it?! DO YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN ABOUT CONTINUITY ERRORS AND WHY I HATE THEM SO MUCH?!
You don't see the Marvel Cinematic Universe relying on continuity errors to tell a story. Minus the recasting of Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine.

No offense, but I don't see that whole multiverse thing being played out in the Fox X-Men movies. Fox made it clear that everything before Days of Future Past was cannon. But once, Days of Future Past happened, now it's like they just suddenly forgotten what they had already set up in the older X-Men movies by reintroducing different versions of Archangel, Psylocke, Jubilee and Nightcrawler in X-Men Apocalypse. And then they just retconned how William Stryker found Wolverine and turned him into Weapon X despite the fact that Days of Future Past just ended with Mystique disguising herself as Stryker rescuing Wolverine. So, what?! Did she just leave him in some random hotel or was the real William Stryker following her and he somehow found Wolverine?! I could buy the whole multiverse thing happening in the Gifted since that's not even cannon to the main Fox X-Men movie universe. But all I'm saying is everything else needs to be more consistent in their story-telling. And if the writers want to retcon certain past events or erase past events out of existence, they would have done it by saying, "forget everything you think you knew about the past, because those previous films or previous events in those past films aren't even connected to this new alternate reality!!! This is the new normal, get used to it!!" The DC Rebirth line-up did it right before Heroes in Crisis and it worked. Even Avengers: Endgame and Loki did a better job explaining how time-traveling could effect the space-time continuum by creating time anomalies and alternate timelines based on the Avengers' actions in Endgame. And most of stuff that we're getting now in Phase 4 of the MCU, aren't even affected by time-traveling. We only got one TV series following Loki's past self can now suddenly exist outside of time because he's an anomaly and now he's going on his own adventures as a time cop for season two of his own show and one animated series that literally introduced the ideas of parallel worlds and the multiverse inside the MCU. That was it. The Fox X-Men movies...you got none of that because Bryan Singer was just lazy when he did X-Men Apocalypse and then it was followed by a terrible remake of the Dark Phoenix storyline from X-Men: The Last Stand. But with Sansa Stark as Jean Grey and no Wolverine or the Mutant Cure storyline getting in the way. I mean, even Deadpool was more consistent in his own two movies than any of these other core Fox X-Men movies were. And they were meant to be comedy movies.

Looking forward to it! I recently watched the original series on Disney+ and it truly was a lot of fun with some excellent voice acting.

That's the look he had in the comics when he did temporarily take over Xavier's school
