Mighty Morphin- Fatphobia, orientalism, and mocking the mentally disabled
Lost Galaxy- Colonialism isnβt quite so romanticized anymore.
Time Force- An oppressive racist government is Un ironically portrayed as the good guys and the second class citizens are the bad guys. Ummmmm yikes

Well while most seasons these days age like milk. I will say the ones that aged the most from what I can see are, Overdrive and Jungle Fury. To me those seasons pretty much came and went. No one really talks about them (good or bad)

Ivy, it's weird how you act like you aren't one. You seem to create threads to intentionally antagonize.
If the issues you brought up were even remotely true, you could prove it with more than 1 sentence.

No season aged in a bad way. They aged like fine wine. FAAAALSE!!!There is only a few seasons that might age gracefully and will hold up depending on everyone else's personal tastes in entertainment and if it has a good storyline go tell. Several other seasons may not hold up because of poor decisions from the studio executives, bad writing, sudden changes into the shows' original tone, very little serialization and cheap attempts to cash in on childhood nostalgia without any form of care and respect for the material being given to the production staff or the people who made the material what is today. For me, Chouriki Sentai Ohranger had aged very poorly because of the show's dark storyline being toned WAAAAAAYYYY down due to the multiple real-life tragedies that affected Japan in 1995 and studio mandates. Operation Overdrive hasn't aged very well because of the show's poor execution in the ideas of making it feel like "Power Rangers meets Indiana Jones." And that has to do with the fact that Disney did not care about the franchise and wanted to kill it off because some idiot executive thought that Power Rangers was a stupid franchise that was made to sell toys to kids. And to that say, "And?! Spider-Man was also meant for kids! So was Batman, Star Wars, Transformers, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Spongebob Squarepants, Pokemon, etc." Like seriously, why did this executive even had this kind of mentality from the beginning?! And then there is the majority of the Neo-Saban era seasons, Samurai was the obvious one since that was a cheap copy-and-pasting of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, but with a generic white lead actor pretending to be Japanese-American. Plus, the acting from that show, sucked. Megaforce's first season could only be tolerable if you just pretend that all of Super Megaforce never existed. Because that was the perfect archetype of how NOT to do an anniversary series, correctly. Or how to be lazy at telling a story for a target audience. Dino Charge's first season has its' fair share of problems, but that's just like mediocre at best. Dino Super Charge, on the other hand.....I still can't get over with how that season ended. So yeah, that's what killed it for me. Ninja Steel/Super Ninja Steel.... Absolute garbage. Safe for the Game Goblin episode, the Galactic Ninja mini-series, Dimensions in Danger, the Sheriff Skyfire episode and of course, the Poisy Show. The rest of the series just sucked.

I don't think the concept of "aged well or bad" because the movies/series/comics/books (entertainment in general) are made in the context of the time. Made something ahead is time is hard, or "atemporal" and most of the time is accidental. The same for something made in the veins of nostalgia (like Stranger Things replicating the feel of the 80s, of the hollowness of the sequel trilogy of Star Wars). I don't think the Power Rangers series are aged bad, because are series made at the time of release. Never made with the intention of being atemporal. And yet, most of them are practically a time capsule with a mood and feel particularly of the moment of release. The flaws of a series in the moment of release still being there right now. I denied every stupid concept of "seeing through the lens of the current era". That's stupid. Absolutely stupid. MMPR was a series of the 90s. I don't going to judge it like it was a series of the actual year.

"It was a product of its' time, but they can still be enjoyed by a few people, regardless of what other people say!!"Okay.

Long story short: yes. I dunno if judging a product outside the context it was made it's "fair", or done with a correct criticism.

Well having seen Oh I'd have to say maybe Zeo took the hit on this one. The Rangers were great but Zeo felt like a carbon copy of Oh minus the weird stuff from Bulk and Skull.
Also Samurai as great as that series is for the same reason having seen Shinken Ranger. I sort of felt like that with both of them.
If a show feels like a carbon copy those I'd probably worry about as far as shows that have aged the worst.

Well having seen Oh I'd have to say maybe Zeo took the hit on this one. The Rangers were great but Zeo felt like a carbon copy of Oh minus the weird stuff from Bulk and Skull. Okay, no offense. But Zeo is nothing like Ohranger, note-for-note or beat-for-beat. I mean, if you really knew anything about the show, then you would know that Ohranger was ruined because of the terrorist attack in Japan back in 1995 and the studio mandates that the tone of the show would be much lighter than the show's original darker tone. In fact, Power Rangers Zeo just basically took a show in Japan that was screwed in so many ways and turned into a show in the West that could be enjoyed for a casual veiwing. Also Samurai as great as that series is for the same reason having seen Shinkenger. I sort of felt like that with both of them. Okay, I really have to disagree with you about Power Rangers Samurai being a "great" series, because these two videos say otherwise. Shinkenger had everything that Samurai lacked. -Established characters -Attention to detail -Satifying conclusions to the heroes at question. - HEEEEAAAARRRRTT!!!! ππππππ I mean, seriously, where is the heart in Power Rangers Samurai?! Because I don't see it.

Has everyone forgotten how bad the MM Alien Rangers were? Alien Rangers of Aquatar? I guess it must be really bad for people to not even mention it...
