Exactly. That's why we can't have yet another repeat of the so-called "Legendary Battle" from Super Megaforce if there's not enough time to get EVERYBODY to come back and reprise their roles for this one little "get-together" in the anniversary special. Not to mention, we have two generations of ranger characters from the Zordon-era where they have worn multiple suits in different seasons. So, you have to explain why there are two sets of such and such characters representing one team if they were already a different team in the last two seasons. I.E. Zeo, Turbo and In Space. It's either time-traveling or manifestations from the ranger keys. Mighty Morphin' can still be the original five "teenagers with attitude" and Tommy still has his master morpher. So, he can wear any ranger suit, regardless. Nor can we have another version of Forever Red since that's also impossible to get EVERY SINGLE Red Ranger actor to come back and reprise their roles for that special.
Which means that in the future, we should be getting something that is similar to either Once A Ranger or Dimensions in Danger where it's just a smaller number of various characters from past seasons representing their eras as the veteran team(s) and that's it.

ya as cool as it would be to have every suit appear. I wouldnt want it to end up as crappy as legendary battle was. If you only end up getting a handful of folks and they are not used well. If the show continues to stay as it is a live action show and shot in nz. It does make it alot harder to get the us/canada based actors to come. With how far away it is, who is asked, travel/stay arrangements and the like. So again if you focus on one and one teamups. Or bring in groups of actors for mini teamups. You spread across the season. I think it would work out alot better. As you can design the episodes around what returning actors you like to get, and if you cant get x person for what ever reason. You can have others to fill in. So if we do it like always a ranger/what gokai did i think be better.
But that also counts on what is the season story going to be about. And why would x rangers be needed for x episodes they appear in and all that. Now if we had 30th anni done like we should have for 20th and done tribute episodes better that be great. So maybe the season could mark so return of old ranger cities and some how maybe old foes back like they did with bringing back zedd. But there is so many questions we have. What will 30th season be, will it be 2 years of x series. Will we keep doing live action. Are they going to go animated or do a cartoon show and live action show and get more bang for your buck. Then the other question is still what is hasbro and toei situation are they staying partners or are they splitting. So if they split how many not used series are they legally able to use. And if they split could hasbro want to do all original footage for suits, weapons zords and fights and so forth.

It will be better if they bring back the New Zealand actors, that stay there. I mean, come on, Legendary Battle pay a lot of efort (and money) to bring pre-Disney era actors (which baffled me) and from U.S., to film in New Zealand, and no New Zealand actor (or from Australia, that is close). I mean, Ninja Storm's Sally Martin was in the same country and still acting, and Bridge's actor too. And they chose not to bring them for the team up.

Wait, I thought Bridge's actor, Matt Austin was from Canada. Did he like permanently moved to New Zealand or something?

I’ve noticed when it comes to crossover team-ups the showrunners tend to favor their own seasons.
Legendary Battle: Tzachor only brought back rangers from the seasons he worked on.
Dimensions in Danger: While there were some people from non-Lynn seasons, the only worthwhile roles were given to Tommy, Wes, Gemma and Koda.
Grid Connection: Everything about Dino Thunder’s inclusion seemed to be an afterthought while MMPR and Dino Charge were significantly more important.

Well, the thing about the inclusion of the main three Dino Thunder Rangers in "Grid Connection" is that we kind of knew that none of the main actors from Dino Thunder were actually available to even show up for this one little "get-together" because two of the main actors don't even want to come back for personal reasons. Nor do they even want to remember their times being part of the production in their own show. Mighty Morphin' and Dino Charge are kind of different because OBVIOUSLY Hasbro can't even afford to get several of the other main actors from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers to come back. And again....Thuy Trang (Trini Kwan/Mighty Morphin' Yellow Ranger) has been dead for 20 years now. So unless you want Karen Ashley (Aisha Campbell) to slim her ass down just to fit inside the Yellow Ranger suit again, that ain't gonna happen. Plus, they already used Steve Cardenas (Rocky DeSantos), Catherine Sutherland (Kat Hillard) and Jason David Frank in "Dimensions in Danger." So why do you need to come back for the next crossover episode with the Beast Morphers, Dino Thunder and Dino Charge teams? " Legendary Battle" was just a disaster from the beginning and we didn't even know that it was intentionally going to suck the minute they flew in 11 actors from the U.S. to New Zealand for an entire month of filming just to stand around, look all stoic and confident and then be sent to the U.S. for budget restraints. Now for D.i.D., you could argue that while most of actors involved in that crossover did return as a personal favor for Judd "Chip" Lynn, others like Jeffery Purazzo (Trent Fernandez-Mercer), Steven Skylar (Antonio Garcia) and Ciara Hanna (Gia Moran) have never actually worked with him before. So, this was a golden opportunity for those actors to share their stories, experiences and opinions about working with Judd "Chip" Lynn as a showrunner and executive producer. Plus, characters like Wes, Gemma, and Koda were huge fan-favorites, nowadays because everybody was still talking about how much they loved Time Force, RPM and Dino Charge at the time. Gia was the only one from Megaforce that actually had a personality outside of her own show because of the Power Rangers Legacy War short film that involved her teaming up with Tommy, Ryu and Chun-Li against M. Bison. And of course, the Dino MegaCharge short film where Gia teamed-up with Tyler from Dino Charge. And she later returned in Power Rangers Hyperforce. Do you see what I mean about Gia having a personality outside of her own damn show?! Had this have been Troy, Noah, or Jake or Emna?! Neither of them would have easily connected with the fans. Same for Orion since he was barely utilized as a character in Super Megaforce. He was just there to replace Robo Knight because they stopped using the Goseiger footage in Super Megaforce.

What a completely unnecessary and uncalled for comment. $50 says you’re either a malnourished looking incel or a tub of lard yourself. Why would that matter?

What they should do is maybe bring back the original team plus Aisha Campbell to fill they Yellow spot, then have 1 member from each season as well as the current team. I don't know. Hard to know what to do really.

Hard to know what to do really. Yeah, that's not going to happen, realistically speaking. Because 1) it's impossible to bring back the original actors of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (season one) and substitute Karen Ashley for the late Thuy Trang since all of those actors are now union actors and it's also very expensive. Like almost " a hundred billion dollars" expensive. 2) Amy Jo Johnson can not afford to fly in from Canada to the U.S.A. or to New Zealand for this little reunion especially with all the COVID-19 protocols to follow for international traveling going on. Like seriously, how do we know it's safe for Ms. Johnson to travel to another country without getting COVID-19? 3) The production for Power Rangers has always been a non-union job and it's very complicated to get union actors to work on this product. 4) David Yost said he'll come back for two occasions; any of the surviving original production staff members of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers are not involved with the production of the show because of his bad history with those same producers who were harassing him because his sexual orientation and if you have seen his interview with Pink in Spandex, you'd understand why he left the show. And lastly, the people working on the current product of Power Rangers need to get in touch with his union and give him more to do than just show and say a few lines of dialogue and smile to the camera. Plus, they had already used Austin St. John in the Beast Morphers/Dino Rangers team-up episode. So, they don't want to do that again. So, I guess the only way we're gonna see the original Teenagers of Attitude have a reunion special, is through a "Where Are They Now?" Comic book one-shot issue courtesy of Boom! Studios comic books and Amy Jo Johnson as the main head-writer.

I seriously doubt it would cost that much man. But ya there is a lot of stuff you would have to get around like jdf and Austin issues. David Yost stuff. But if they all got good story and pay and all that. There is ways we could get most back. But really it's probably more better to just stick to one or 2 folks so story can be better. Or if we just went back to current team with the last team team up deal. Or like jdf did for dt maybe bring back a former actor in mentor role. And then do a anniversary story that ties more to that specific character.

Actually, I met Austin St. John at Stockton Con back in 2019 and he said that there was no beef between him and Jason David Frank. They just buried the hatchet, years ago. So, they're good. But yes. It's entirely up to Hasbro if they want to bring back more than one or two actors from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers to make an appearance in the current show and perhaps give them mentor roles for the current team of Power Rangers as a way of connecting the older generation with the newer generation.
