Now that almost everybody is finally caught up with season two of Beast Morphers and with the first installment of the Hasbro era now done and over with....what do all of you expect to see happen for the future of Power Rangers? And please don't say you wanna see a movie crossover of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Michael Bay's Transformers or G.I. Joe. Because that idea can only work in the comic books and nothing else.

Well, if "The Powers That Be" figure out that continuity in PR is very importnat and if they let the writers/producers find a way to keep brining new viewers while still keeping long-time ones around, then the show has a chance. Otherwise, I can see PR fading away really fast. Also, they need to make the team-ups at least as 2 or 3-part episodes to let the comebacks have at least some screen time and to actually get them to do something beyond saying a couple of lines before morphing and fighting.
And please, stop with the morlas thing every single episode. Or forcing the MMPR forumla on the new seasons. Every new season has to have its own identity and become an addition to the overall TV show's story.

Hard to say, but I guess something for everyone would give the regular PR series something to prove to the audience that seems hell bent on ridding themselves of it. Maybe it'll aim to try and treat it's demographic with a bit more respect and intelligence when executing their narratives. I still enjoyed Beast Morphers but it did have somewhat of a dumbed down approach.

↑ I would say the same. Beast Morphers was a step into the right direction, but sure, it still it treat its audience not onl like kids, but like stupid kids. And I would say, the fact they tring to make MMPR in every.single.season. it's already tiresome. Stop with the "teenagers with attitude", the comic relief characters, or the villians that look more unidimensional than a paper. Be better, Hasbro. It's not that hard.

I have always wondered how many more years Power Rangers will keep on going for, now that Hasbro has bought the franchise and have already done Beast Morphers and the upcoming new series Dino Fury. I'm gonna guess that Hasbro will do at least a total 5 series (the 5th series would be 2027 and 2028) or up to 8 series (8th PR series would be in 2033 and 2034) before deciding sell it or end it.
I have been thinking about not watching Power Rangers (and Super Sentai) by the time I'm 50 as I'm already starting to grow out of it.

I don't see the point why would they buy an up and only do it for 3 to 5 shows and then drop it. I don't see it any time soon myself.

Considering that the Super Sentai has been getting more modern and Japanese-focused in the recent years, I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro just gives up after doing 5 series (that's ten twenty-episode long seasons) before trying to put their "mature Power Rangers" idea into the first plan without Toei's imput (or with their minimal/partial imput). Even if they decide on making PR animated wouldn't surprise me. After all, it's time for someone to push the Power Rangers franchise forward and just sticking with Sentai footage and concepts just won't get it there. It's either Hasbro finally doing something big with it, or just let it fade away.

I have the problem Hasbro is not exactly.......creative. With Transformers, they still catter with G1 designs, with some tweaks. Earthrise is gonna be again, Optimus, Bumblebee, Megatron, probably Arcee, Ratchet.....sure, they are now Cybertronian trucks, or cars, or Cybertronian planes....but it's still the same thing. I dunno if the regular Power Rangers fan gonna accept every 3 years a reboot of MMPR (now it's Jason! but different! Female Black MMPR! Female Tommy!) when they get used to every year with a different design, idea and plot, at least in....the last 25 years. Power Rangers goes beyond the "teenagers with attitude" idea. Not everything has to be a redo of MMPR. I remember some actor from Samurai (or Dino Charge) said he remeber Power Rangers for Time Force, because it was his first series. I like that.

Im hoping to see something different. Beast Morphers was suppose to be the last under the Saban era. Yes i knw Saban didnt play much of a role but he was there as an advisor. I think Hasbro takes the wheel this series and do it their way. Ive said it before. Hasbro didnt buy PR for nothing. Im hoping the kinda act like PR never existed and they do their own thing with it

Yeah, we already had that...it's called DC's New 52 and X-Men: Days of Future Past (the movie version, not the graphic novel). And Power Rangers Megaforce/Super Megaforce. And Power Rangers Ninja Steel/Super Ninja Steel. And Kamen Rider Taisen. And the Legend of Korra (Book 2) And Beast Machines: Transformers.

I seriously doubt hasbro would drop the franchise continuity and history. If they want to be different and what not. Just make x show set apart in their own universe like dc, rpm, prime, etc... universe we have. And you can have what little or not ties to past shows you want.

Ya with vast mulyiverse already in the franchise. If they want to be different again make it a new universe and not the prime universe. As like I said we have 96 movie, 2017 movie, dc, rpm, and prime universes. So there is plenty of world's there a season can be in or be it's own pocket. So no reason to cut history at all. And with his hitting a big anniversary with what ever is after fury and the new movie more reason in my book to keep history in tact. Vs wiping out and then oh so now you don't want any future crossovers and all.
