^ Yes, but Sento and Ryuuga were never Smash. They react differently from people who were Smash but saved. They are the only two people who have been exposed to the Nebula Gas without becoming Smash, so if Utsumi has ever been exposed, he must have been a Smash at some point ...
Souichi could be lying (especially if he's BloodStark) but either way would be affected because he was present at the Skywall Incident

^ Sento and Ryuuga are the only people we know of who were experimented on and didn't become Smash but there's a lot we don't know yet. You're right about the former Smash though, their violence disappeared as soon as their essence was extracted. Sento and Ryuuga seem to have some inside them that allows them to use Full Bottles. Hazard Level 1 was fatal to Kasumi but Build RabbitTank reached Hazard Level 3.7 according to Bloodstalk so those guys are different.

^ Hazard Level 1 was fatal to Kasumi because she was very ill - she wasn't strong enough to survive the transformation back into a human (the promo material mentioned this as a risk)

^ That makes sense. So the heroes have special bodies from experimentation that can survive the higher Hazard Levels which of course is amplified by rage.

Look like we’ve been tricked again. Brave VS Hyper Kabuto was a fan video

Kaizoku Blue I don't think Souichi is Blood Stark. He doesn't seem to have a voice modifier like Knight Rogue does, so I'd wager he's someone we haven't met yet.

^ He has a "decoy" VA - the guy isn't a face actor, so won't be playing anyone in the show (sometimes done to hide a character's identity.) I still think it could be Isurugi, they cast an older VA and they are at least trying to make it look like it's him - having him conveniently appear or disappear just when BloodStark has been around, etc.

^ I think it could be Katsuragi but that's just speculation until I find out more about the character other than his name and career.
Anyone else think the blue and white cables on Bloodstalk's suit are supposed to represent veins and arteries?

^ The summaries indicate that ... "Katsuragi's data" is somehow aware of the existence of Build. This makes him sound more like a Bannou-esque existence, although of course we don't get the full picture from summaries

^ Hmmm, that means it's probably someone else. Maybe the person who killed Katsuragi.

It's like how the Scorpio & Virgo Zodiarts' voices were disguised.

So: Himuro is NightRogue. So NightRogue is not really the leader of Faust - as we saw last week, Himuro answers to someone (probably his father.) Utsumi also works for Faust. We still don't know who BloodStark/Stalk/whatever is.
Takumi Katsuragi was supposedly fired from the Institute for unethical human experimentation, but since Himuro said this, we'll have to wait to find out what really happened. Sento and Ryuuga went to Hokuto to find Katsuragi's mother who holds important information he gave her; but were tracked by Blood, who revealed that Katsuragi is the founder of Faust. This is apparently news to his mother who we'll be hearing from next week ...
The Toei site hints that Heisei Generations Final will reveal important secrets about Katsuragi's death that will be picked up in the TV series. It also implies that the Touto government planned his murder since they have taken over Faust.
